IRIS - LICENCE TERMS

1. WHAT YOU BUY
   A 16-character licence key for Iris, in one of three kinds:

     Individual  $4.99   per year, one person, on the computers that person
                         uses. Every update released in your year is included.
     Studio      $19.99  per year, up to five people in one team, on their own
                         computers. Every update released in your year.
     Lifetime    $29.99  once. One person, every future version of Iris, for
                         ever. Nothing more to pay.

   A yearly licence runs for twelve months from the day you ACTIVATE it, not
   the day you bought it. When it ends, nothing is deleted: Iris keeps showing
   the previews it already made and marks new ones, until you renew.

   The key is checked on your own computer. No account, no sign-in, and no
   internet connection is needed - now or later.

2. WHAT YOU MAY DO
   Use Iris for personal or commercial work. Each key is made for ONE computer
   (its "PC code", shown in Iris under the gear > Licence key) and works only
   there; a Studio licence is up to five keys, one per computer. Reinstall on
   that computer as often as you like. Moving to a new computer is fine: send
   us the new PC code and we will replace your key, free.

3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
   Share, resell, publish or sublicense your key; take the software apart to
   recreate or republish it; or remove these terms from the download.

4. TRIAL
   Without a key, Iris runs for 14 days. After that it keeps showing
   previews it already has, but stops capturing new After Effects frames and
   marks thumbnails as trial.

5. YOUR FILES
   Iris reads your files to draw previews and stores those previews on your
   own computer. It never uploads your files, never sends your content anywhere,
   and needs no account. Licence activation is offline.

6. NO WARRANTY
   The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent
   allowed by law, the seller is not liable for lost data, lost work or lost
   profit arising from its use. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

7. REFUNDS
   If it does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and
   you get your money back.

   are trademarks of Adobe Inc. Iris is an independent product and is not
   affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adobe Inc. It ships no Adobe
   code and no Adobe logos.
